About me

Tim Sulzberger

As an ICT Management Consultant, I provide expert advisory at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and service design.

With a background as a seasoned product manager and digital transformation strategist, I am dedicated to building resilient internal environments where technology acts as a catalyst for effective change and “outcomes over outputs”. I bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and practical, agile-led delivery by applying Lean and human-centered methodologies to overhaul existing digital ecosystems.



My experience includes leading teams through significant growth and large-scale technical change, whether as a Principle ICT Consultant with MobCo Consulting, or previously as a Senior Technology Manager, Innovation Manager, and Service Design Manager at REA Group and BP. I lead the strategic design and delivery of digital workplaces, overseeing the high-impact integration of automation and AI enablement, and comprehensive service design.

Throughout my career, I have successfully established numerous Voice of Customer programs, along with leading business analysis functions, and data analytics teams, where I translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable strategies for self-service products and digital tools. By aligning these insights with enterprise goals, I ensure that digital transformation remains focused on solving real user friction.

My mission is to build architecturally sound environments that empower employees through intelligent technology and intuitive, data-backed design. I remain focused on driving commercial value and operational excellence by fostering innovation and leading cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated digital solutions
